  • INDEPENDENT SALES REPRESENTATIVEMULTIPLE TERRITORIES IN THE US

    Do you love both fashion and fitness? Do you always go the extra mile? Are you passionate about bringing new products to new markets and love traveling? If so, you may be just the Independent Sales Representative Temple Flower is looking for to join our growing team.

    WHO YOU ARE:

    • Strong Leader and Manager: Target and open new strategic accounts in Yoga and Activewear Lifestyle divisions; mange high-profile, key accounts within geographical territory assigned.
    • Focused: Effectively manage assigned territory and strategic customer relationships while providing exemplary customer service commensurate with Temple Flower brand experience.
    • Collaborative: Implement and manage in-store special events; create exclusive items and co-branded collections for key partners; participate in regional shows, events, trunk shows and fashion shows as needed.
    • Organized: Improve and manage the sales cycle for multiple collections and simultaneous launches while maintaining utmost professionalism under deadline pressures.
    • Strategic Thinker: Understand Temple Flower’s competitive position and shape user-centered product experiences to improve our role in the marketplace. Suggest assortments of products based on selling and current market trends.
    • Creative Visionary: Work closely with the Marketing team to project a professional, organized and efficient image of our brand to grow Temple Flower’s brand awareness in your territory.

    THE DETAILS:

    • Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience of progressive experience in sales, buying and planning
    • Expert knowledge of materials and related qualities (care, wear, pricing)
    • Direct experience with new vendor on-boarding and product line sheets
    • ossess major accomplishments in achieving sales goals, building relationships with key accounts, managing inventory, and strategic brand management in the territory
    • Independent worker who manages your own work flow
    • Self-motivated, customer service oriented and must work well with a team
    • Develop merchandising strategies and partner with accounts for initiative and promotion of the company as a lifestyle brand
    • Travel required.
